Position Summary

- As a channel manager, you will manage existing distribution partnerships across Europe
- You will develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra’s foot in the market, working closely with the direct sales and key account managers
- You will empower our partners by supporting them to generate B2B sales leads, do product demonstrations, close deals end-to-end
- You will generate new distribution partnership leads, negotiate distribution agreements, close deals
- Being a strong promoter of our product and brand on the target market
- Organize and travel to roadshows, customer meetups and tradeshows
- Learn about customer use cases and market opportunities and post-process customer learnings for Wingtra’s strategy development
- Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools (Hubspot)

Minimum Qualifications

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B channel sales management or equivalent business development experience
- Experience in the surveying, mining and/or drone industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Business English proficiency
- The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting relationships with distribution partners
- Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities
- Strong business acumen and comfort with presenting to, and establishing relationships with, senior-level executives in enterprise-level companies
- Fast learner and well structured
- Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
- Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools

Working Environment and Conditions

In this role, you will take a key role in expanding our sales activities across Europe. This is a high-energy position, requiring high flexibility, and proactive and persistent interactions with clients. You will have the unique chance to be part of the emerging drone industry and become an expert on various applications. This role can be pursued remotely or in our HQ in Zurich.
