Commercial UAV Expo, and Pilot Institute today announced the full Pilot Hub program for Commercial UAV Expo 2026, taking place September 1-3 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. Developed with Pilot Institute and located in the Exhibit Hall, the Pilot Hub is a dedicated theater space offering sessions on skills, business strategies, and safety knowledge drone pilots need to grow their careers.

"The Pilot Hub was built to give commercial drone pilots access to the kind of practical content that can make a real difference in how they grow their careers and their businesses," said Adrianne Madden, Event Director of Commercial UAV Expo. "This industry has a lot of people at different points on that path, whether they're established operators or still working toward their first paid flight. That's why it was important to us that every pass type has access to this content."

The programming was shaped directly by community input. A joint survey of commercial drone operators conducted by Commercial UAV Expo and Pilot Institute found that pilots are seeking practical business guidance, hands-on technical training, and clear pathways to high-value service niches rather than high-level overviews. The Pilot Hub answers that call with sessions built around the exact topics the community said matter most.

"When the survey data showed us that pilots are hungry for practical guidance on business growth, technical skill-building, and breaking into high-value niches, it gave us a clear blueprint,” said Greg Reverdiau, Co-Founder of Pilot Institute, which has trained more than 445,000 drone and aviation pilots. Every session in the Pilot Hub is led by a practitioner who has done the work, not just studied it."
