Commercial UAV Expo 2025 will feature a new conference session format designed not around presentations or panels, but around people. The new roundtable sessions will offer a fresh, interactive alternative that puts attendees at the center of the conversation, creating a collaborative learning environment driven by peer-to-peer engagement. These sessions will be open all badge-holders.

Each roundtable is structured around a discussion topic that is top of mind for the industry. Each room will have ten tables, each dedicated to a specific topic. Overall session themes include scaling a drone business, surveying best practices, drone workflows and implementation, and the future of the drone industry. We invite attendees to submit questions or discussion topics that they would like to  have conversations about during each session, which can be done on the roundtable sessions page.

These sessions will be guided by experienced discussion leaders who have decades of hands-on experience in each topic. While these leaders provide insights, direction, and answers to attendee questions, the true value of the roundtables lies in the dynamic, informal exchange among participants. Unlike a traditional conference session, attendees get the chance to learn from one another and share insights into what has worked for them and what are currently their biggest challenges.

These sessions are designed to facilitate meaningful connections between attendees with shared challenges or focus areas. Bringing them together to discuss, brainstorm, and build relationships in a way that traditional conference programming doesn’t always allow. The goal is to break down silos between companies, sectors, or even departments, and encourage cross-pollination of ideas and collaboration. Participants will be encouraged to steer the conversation, pose questions, and share their own experiences. This interactive model allows for real-time problem-solving and personalized insights that attendees can apply directly to their own work.

Whether you're looking to spark new ideas, find answers to specific challenges, or simply connect with others who understand your space, these roundtable discussions are an essential new addition to Commercial UAV Expo.
