With great growth in the industry comes a plethora of options for drone service providers across various sectors. While having too many options can be a good thing, customers are looking for vetted providers who can safely and efficiently get the job done, but finding the right provider can prove to be time-consuming. Alternatively, drone service providers are faced with the challenge of marketing and branding their company to the right audiences to fulfill their sales channel.

The emergent company, Wow Drone has stepped in to solve this problem by creating an all-in-one global platform for easy drone service bookings.

“Wow Drone is a global online marketplace for professional, safe, and scalable drone services – essentially, the infrastructure to connect any customer with the right expert for any drone project. As of today, our platform offers 4 types of services: everything related to drone shows, drone show animation, drone services, and drone maintenance” explained Alexander Levandovskiy, CEO & Founder, Wow Drone.

Throughout his years in the drone show industry, Levandovskiy noticed a significant opportunity for service providers to market themselves to the customers who are actively looking for them but must do unnecessary research to connect. “I realized that drone companies faced common issues with building branding and marketing, public relations, sales. Overall, I noticed people invest a lot of money in hardware, but do not understand how to set up the entire sales-marketing machine” stated Levandovskiy.

The platform is built for service providers and customers equally. Both parties can register on the website to create a profile that shows their needs as a customer, or their services as a provider. Service providers are required to show their licenses and certifications, insurances, and hardware. The availability of this information on the Wow Drone platform takes the guess work out for the customers, while taking care of the marketing, customer service, and sales aspect for the service provider.

“Our mission is to relieve a drone pilot of worrying about where and how to look for orders, how to fulfil an order and everything related to communication with a customer. Wow Drone performs as an assistant, coach, trainer, and senior colleague who is always in touch during the execution of the order and encourages the pilots to focus on the task” said Levandovskiy.

Since it’s inception, Wow Drone has been an integral part of successful drone light shows, the most notable being at the annual Carnival in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The organizers of the Carnival reached out in search of drone light show provider that could customize the show to fit the theme of the event. Wow Drone connected the event organizers with the properly equipped provider and had a very successful light show. As stated by one of the event organizers, Mr. Dwight W, “with the support of Wow Drone, the entire process—from planning

to execution—was smooth and seamless. Together, we delivered a vibrant, tech-forward experience that lit up the island and celebrated the spirit of Carnival at St. Tomas (Virgin Island) in a whole new way”. This early success reinforced the Wow Drone team that they were moving in the right direction and have placed themselves in a viable market.

To provide to best service to both customers and drone operators, Wow Drone will focus their operations in the United States in 2025: “we want to achieve value for both parties, for partners and for customers by balancing our marketplace in a very specific narrow geography, a specific narrow segment of customers and partners.” Wow Drone has plans to scale out internationally in the future.

Wow Drone continues to advance their platform with plans to integrate a feature to monitor pre and post flight tasks, plus plans to have real-time flight monitoring systems in place. They will continue to develop features to aid order support including tracking statuses and order fulfilment.
