Position Summary

- Manage direct sales across MEA and drive end user sales
- Develop relationships with prospective customers (inbound & outbound) to identify their potential needs and qualify them as sales opportunities
- Present WingtraOne and its product features, advise on product configurations, finalize purchase orders, close deals – independently or together with our local distribution partners
- Organize and execute product demonstrations, roadshows, customer meetups and tradeshows
- Being a strong promoter of our product and brand on the target market
- Contribute to Wingtra’s international growth and support to scale our direct and channel sales
- Organize regular video conferences with the HQ in Switzerland and regional partners

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B channel sales management or equivalent business development experience
- Experience in the surveying, mining and/or drone industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Business English proficiency
- Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities
- The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting relationships with distribution partners
- Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
- Technologically savvy and ability to learn and demonstrate new technology fast
- Hunger to hunt for new opportunities
- Comfortable with digital communication tools, video conferencing and CRM’s (i.e. Hubspot)
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)

Working Environment and Conditions

In this role, you will take a key role in expanding our sales activities across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) and moving closer to end customers. This is a high-energy position, requiring high flexibility, and proactive and persistent interactions with clients. You will have the unique chance to be part of the emerging drone industry and become an expert on various applications. This role can be pursued remotely.
