Pendleton UAS Range Partners with Strativ Group for Workforce Recruitment

The Pendelton UAS Range in Oregon has announced the formation of a strategic partnership with Strativ Group, a recruitment firm specializing in aerospace and UAS professionals.

According to a press release, “Strativ’s tailored recruitment model pairs directly with Pendleton’s turnkey testing environment, supporting faster development cycles and long-term workforce needs for both commercial and defense programs.” In addition, the partnership “gives companies testing at Pendleton direct access to identify and onboard engineers, pilots, operators, regulatory experts, and specialized professionals who are critical to accelerating test campaigns, development programs, and flight operations.” 

Pendelton said that the partnership reinforces the range’s “commitment to providing the most turnkey testing and development range in the United States, one that not only delivers an exceptional amount of airspace and infrastructure but also the specialized human capital needed to drive innovation forward.”

Commenting on the announcement,  Steve Chrisman, Airport & Economic Development Director for the City of Pendleton, said, “Pendleton’s success has always been rooted in helping our customers move fast and execute with confidence.
