Hollyway Iron Series provides a comprehensive system solution. Key components include: 

  • The Iron Drone (equipped with multi-functional payload pods) 
  • The Iron Dock (featuring fully automated battery and payload swapping) 

These components act as the "hands," "eyes," and "body" of the system, while the "brain" is Hollyway's proprietary 4D control platform. Hollyway will arrange specialists to assist clients in utilizing the control platform to operate work tasks and maintain equipment, which is part of the solution.  

Iron Series system specifics 
The Iron system's automated battery and sensor swapping enables truly 24/7 continuous operation, dramatically boosting efficiency while reducing labor costs. 

Iron version drone: 

1. Incomparable Flight Performance: omnidirectional visual perception and obstacle avoidance, visual positioning support. 

2. Excellent Endurance: maximum battery life over 50 min. 

3. Reliability and Safety: IP55 protection, resistant to rain, sand, snow, and force 7 wind, vertical and compact design, ensuring no blind spots in the viewworking environment temperature -35~60. 

4. Super Intelligence: onboard AI with computing power up to 100Tops. 

5. Stable and Uninterrupted Communication: 4G/5G and microwave image transmission dual-link communication seamless switching multi-GNSS compatibility (GPS/Galileo/GLONASS/BeiDou). 

6.Multi-purpose Payloads:  visible light infrared pod\visible light pod\speaker pod. 

There currently 3 different sensor types: 

  1. Visible light and infrared pod: 48 million visible light pixels, 640x512 infrared resolution, support 3D modeling photography. 
  1. Visible light pod: 1 inch CMOS, 20 million visible light pixels, support precise 3D modeling photography. 
  1. Speaker pod: maximum volume120dB@1M, Max. range: 150 m (70 dBm Tx power), Real time call, text-to-speech playback, Multiple recording modes. 

The device offers extensible functionality for diverse pods and IoT integrations, with R&D-driven customization and validation tailored to client needs. 

Iron version dock: 

1.Practical & unique innovative components: suitable for various extreme industrial scenarios and large-scale deployment, support for multi-drone collaboration and long-distance leapfrog inspection.

2.Automatic replacement of batteries and payloads: equipped with 4 sets of drone batteries and 2 types of pods, automatic drone battery and pod swap in under 1 min. 

3.High-strength industrial safety: industrial protection level IP55; core electronic equipment industrial protection level IP65, support for working in an environment of -35~60 .

4.Precise positioning: drone docks feature automated self-construction of RTK base stations enhance the positioning accuracy of drones to centimeter-level precision. The Iron Series utilizes PPP-RTK real-time GNSS high-precision positioning technology, integrated with a visual positioning system. 

Hollyway uses LiDAR in R&D for ultra-detailed tower & line scanningwhen drones with cameras can't capture details, and vegetation risk analysis, such as predicting tree falls near power lines). However, the current Iron Series products do not employ LiDAR solutions.
